This allows authorized team members to review, assign, update and follow up on service requests, prospective-client inquiries and Reporter Network submissions even if an email notification is delayed or fails.
Newsletter information
If you voluntarily subscribe, we may store your email address, name, subscription status, source and consent date. Newsletter records support sending requested communications and honoring unsubscribe requests. Transactional replies connected to a service inquiry are separate from optional marketing communications.
